About the job
Specialist in School Social Work and Reporting Office (40%)
Department: Specialist Services
Start date: from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
What you can achieve with us
You will manage the Internal Prevention and Reporting Office to ensure a safe, violence-free environment. You document and process reports, initiate support processes, organise and develop training on violence prevention, and advise on questions regarding the reporting process. You ensure that the reporting office remains present in everyday life.
Within the framework of the newly created school social work position, you support and advise professionals in their assignments as well as in risk situations. In prevention, you are the contact person for children, adolescents and young adults on psychosocial topics such as stress, addiction, etc., and design appropriate offers for classes or groups. You promote and lead forums for employees that serve the early detection of psychosocial burdens. In addition, you maintain exchange and networking within the institution and with external specialist agencies.
What you bring with you
For this role, we are looking for a person with a degree in Social Work or Psychology and experience in psychosocial counselling. You have experience dealing with sensitive situations and provide advice confidently and empathetically. You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, can incorporate different perspectives and remain calm even in challenging moments. You feel equally comfortable working with children and adolescents as you do in exchange with colleagues.
