On our Ward 2 North, a committed team of 35 employees works with great dedication to care for 39 patients. We primarily care for acute geriatric patients with multiple diagnoses and place great value on holistic, individual care. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Deriving individual care needs or care goals within the entire care process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex care situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your profile
Diploma in health and nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes to work in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict management and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
