On our Ward 2 North, a committed team of 35 staff members passionately cares for 39 patients. We primarily care for acute geriatric patients with multiple diagnoses and place great emphasis on holistic, individual care. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.

Your Tasks

Deriving individual nursing needs and nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process

Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations

Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management

Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your Profile

Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH

Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation

Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration

Teamwork skills, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills, and business acumen

High commitment and resilience
