• Professional support as well as targeted promotion and development of trainees, practice-oriented, concept-based and individually tailored to the learning process
• Creating targeted learning opportunities in everyday nursing and conducting practical learning days.
• Ensuring competent and holistic care and support of our patients together with the trainees (mainly in the early shift)
• Active participation in the ward management team for the further development of training including the contribution of education-relevant topics
• General further development of training together with the vocational training team as well as strengthening the nursing team in supporting the trainees
• Further development of your own vocational pedagogical competence through professional exchange, networking and active participation in the training network

Become part of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Zollikerberg Hospital. In the Clinic for Internal Medicine with training status A, we care for over 2,500 inpatients, more than 6,000 emergencies and more than 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit annually. Our interdisciplinary wards offer a varied field of activity with special focuses on palliative care, internal medicine and surgery. Our wards are managed according to the primary nursing system.

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ or HF/FH nursing
• Further training in vocational education (SVEB) or willingness to complete it
• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in an acute hospital
• Enjoyment in supporting, inspiring and specifically promoting trainees in their professional development
• Commitment, resilience and willingness to continuously develop and actively shape change
• Enjoyment of appreciative interprofessional collaboration
