In this versatile and exciting hub function, you support and relieve the Regional Director as well as the operational units in all business matters and ensure, in addition to a smooth process of the entire administration, the deployment planning of the reception staff.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for the administrative and organizational tasks of the Zurich region
• Ensuring internal communication
• Creation of statistics and preparation of presentations
• Organization of employee, team, and customer events (approx. 800 people)
• Support in purchasing and invoice processing
• Organization, coordination, preparation, and minute-taking of meetings
• On-call duty planning for the region
• Coordination and responsibility for 4-5 flexible reception staff  

Your profile:

• Completed basic training
• Further training in the field of executive assistance and/or facility management is an advantage
• Several years of comparable professional experience
• Discretion, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German as well as good English skills (at least B2)
• Confident IT skills, especially in MS Office programs
