Reception and Switchboard Employee with French, Italian, and German Skills (100%)

• General handling of telephone customer inquiries in the reception team
• Personal reception and care of guests at our location in Horgen
• Organizing business trips
• Ensuring and organizing equipment for internal and external meetings
• Office material management
• Very good German and French skills (ideally bilingual), good Italian and English skills
• Experience as a switchboard operator is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance with good manners
• Strong service orientation and responsible working style
• Commercial training and several years of professional experience are an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
