To strengthen our switchboard / reception in Horgen (ZH), we are immediately looking for a
Reception and Switchboard Employee with French, Italian, and German Skills (100%)
- General handling of telephone customer inquiries in the reception team
- Personal reception and care of guests at our location in Horgen
- Organizing business trips
- Ensuring and organizing equipment for internal and external meetings
- Office material management
- Very good German and French skills (ideally bilingual), good Italian and English skills
- Experience as a switchboard operator is an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance with good manners
- Strong service orientation and responsible working style
- Commercial training and several years of professional experience are an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
