«Zäme witercho» - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields dedicate themselves daily to the well-being of 186 residents. Our nursing centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple impairments, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day centre, a daycare centre, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- You take on the clinical professional responsibility for two to three departments with mutual representation
- In complex and unstable situations, you coach the nursing teams and take over case management
- You participate in projects and alternately assume house responsibility within the nursing support team
- You prepare nursing-related content appropriately for target groups for training and conduct further education
- You promote and develop nursing quality and develop and implement nursing-specific instruments and concepts
You bring with you
- a tertiary-level qualification, Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with several years of experience in acute and long-term care
- Further training in wound and hygiene management as well as gerontology or psychiatric nursing is advantageous and/or advanced training (CAS, MDS, Bachelor, Master) for taking over one of these specialist areas
