Head of Electrical Assembly (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 135,000Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the assembly team for electronic components.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality assembly.
- Optimising workflows and processes to increase efficiency.
- Planning and monitoring personnel and resource deployment.
- Conducting training and coaching for employees.
- Compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Communication with other departments and external partners.
- Analysis of production data and derivation of optimisation measures.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in electronics or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the assembly of electronic components.
- Strong leadership skills and high social competence.
- Team-oriented working style and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in electronic assembly.
- Very good German language skills
