Polymechanic Specialising in Laser

Your tasks

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining 2D and 3D lasers (3-axis and 5-axis drilling and cutting lasers) as well as marking lasers
• Programming with FASTSUITE, TruTops, and the marking laser
• Manufacturing and inspecting workpieces made from nickel- and cobalt-based alloys
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at workstations and machines
• Performing standard maintenance on equipment including NADCAP-certified machines
• Creating setup documents for new products
• Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, CNC milling operator, or plant and apparatus builder) with 3D programming experience
• Several years of professional experience in laser processing desirable
• Knowledge of controls from Siemens, ABB, PowerMark (Minelli), and S94P
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Willingness to learn and perform as well as resilience
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic English knowledge
• You appreciate the advantages of a two-shift operation
