Your tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
- You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
- You recognise emergency situations and manage them
- You assist with daily care according to the kinaesthetic approach for our residents
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation
Your profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
- You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good knowledge of RAI
- You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
