About the job

• Responsible for uniform, available and functioning consumables as well as the flawless operation of the devices.
• Has an overview of the products of the various wards
• Responsible for the procurement of new devices and consumables while adhering to the budget
• Ensures the connections between the wards and the procurement and logistics department
• Transfers knowledge, coordinates training
• Ensures professional and cost-conscious procurement of materials
• Makes sure that special materials are ordered and procured purposefully
• Delegates tasks of material and device management according to internal hospital competence regulations
• Organises training/instructions if necessary
• Creates guidelines on the use of materials together with nursing experts

• Training as a qualified nurse HF, experience in an intensive care unit desirable or specialist in medical-technical service. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Affinity and interest in materials and devices as well as close cooperation with internal and external departments
• Committed, open-minded personality who sees interdisciplinary collaboration as an interesting challenge
• Transparent communication, independent working style and organisation
• Experience in shaping change processes
• You are proficient in handling common office and software applications and have a good digital affinity
