We are a consulting office located in the heart of Basel. For our clients
(public administration, companies, associations, and international organizations), we answer questions on the topics of public finances, labor market and migration,
health, education and social security, location attractiveness and economic growth, as well as environment, climate and energy.
We offer two internship positions each year (for 6 months each) in our program
"Internship Plus"
Project work plus master's thesis
You will work on our projects (50%) and simultaneously write your
master's thesis (50%) on-site with us. The program is aimed at students of economics and
social sciences with above-average performance. The topic of the master's thesis will be determined by mutual agreement. Whenever possible, we provide a topic as well as
data for empirical analyses.
The professional requirements for the internship include good empirical skills and programming knowledge (Stata or R). Furthermore, we expect an interest in society,
politics and economics, good oral and written communication skills, flexibility and
resilience. Your native language should be German, knowledge of French is welcome.
The start of work is usually at the beginning of February and the beginning of August (or by
