About the job

Your Tasks

Management and leadership of the Medical Consultations
Planning and organisation of the consultations
Project collaboration on interdisciplinary processes
General administrative duties
Mutual representation of the team leaders of the clinical operations during absences
Assistance within the team: scheduling, writing medical reports from dictation, coordination of internal and external enquiries from patients and referrers via email and telephone (reports, prescriptions, appointments) as well as diligent maintenance of electronic patient records (KISIM/Business Central)

Your Profile

Basic medical training (MPA, MPK or similar), possibly with commercial further education
Several years of professional experience in this field advantageous
Leadership experience
Experience in optimising and adapting processes
High social competence, communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good PC skills, ideally knowledge of Navision & KISIM
Confident command of medical terminology
Fluent oral and written expression
