For our branch in Chur, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality as Workshop Manager for Construction Machinery starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Workshop Manager for Construction Machinery (m/f) 100% – Chur Branch

Your tasks with us

• Leadership & Motivation: You lead our workshop team on site, promote the employees professionally and personally, and ensure efficient processes in repair and maintenance work.
• Organization & Administration: You prepare cost estimates, coordinate customer orders, and maintain them in the SAP system.
• Technical Deployment: You actively participate and perform service and repair work on our construction machinery.
• Customer Care & Expansion: You competently support our existing customers and help to further expand the customer base in the region.

What you bring with you

Completed training as a construction machinery mechanic or an equivalent technical education Several years of experience in the repair and maintenance of construction machinery or technical equipment Leadership experience and enjoyment in further developing a team Proficient use of IT systems, ideally with SAP Good organizational skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style
