Tasks

• Technical support and advice for internal clients to achieve financial goals
• Preparation of variance analyses, interpretation of results, and development of measures (interdisciplinary collaboration with departments)
• Deputizing for controlling in day-to-day business
• Support in monthly and annual financial statements, creating tiered reports
• Managing and further developing a Management Information System (MIS) for clinical and financial data
• Participation in projects

Profile

• Higher business education
• Solid experience in a similar position, ideally in healthcare
• Understanding of clinical and financial data
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of clinical IT systems and common controlling tools
• Independent and proactive personality with a strong service orientation, who enjoys taking responsibility
• Project experience
