About the job
In our wonderful daycare centre in Kriens, we are looking from 1 December 2026 to complement our team with a motivated, trained specialist as a co-educator. The working days for an 80% workload are from Monday to Thursday. Our premises are flooded with light, nature-oriented and designed with great care. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage with play and nature and develop optimally.Your tasks:
- Supporting the group leader in caring for and looking after the children
- Nature pedagogical promotion and support of the entrusted children
- Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Implementation of weekly plans and projects
- Active participation in team meetings
What you ideally bring with you:
- A completed training as FABE Child, educator or comparable qualifications (Swiss recognition mandatory)
- Team player
- Flexible and innovative personality
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- English skills are an advantage
