• You manage your own store, support other stores in the district, and are responsible for sales, costs, and target achievement
• You recruit new employees, promote their growth, and develop future deputies and store managers
• Analyze relevant key figures, monitor personnel costs and productivity, and initiate targeted improvement measures
• Regular visits to stores in the district and ensure smooth information flow between GVL and store management
• You ensure high service quality and make sure that the OCHSNER SHOES sales philosophy is lived daily
• You consistently implement guidelines for merchandise presentation, decoration, and current promotional measures in the stores

• You have completed training in retail and have several years of sales experience, ideally in the shoe industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good interaction with customers and employees characterize you
• Strong organizational talent and a clear sense of priorities are among your strengths
• You have proven experience in customer service, management, or regional business management
• Your open, positive, and friendly personality quickly wins people over
• You have good knowledge of the Bern region and the local economic structure and are ideally bilingual German/French
