About the job
Your main tasks will be as follows :
- Carry out the institutional diagnosis regarding gender equality ;
- Design the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) ;
- Organise the participatory approach and coordinate the project ;
- Ensure communication and the transfer of results.
Your strengths :
- Managing cross-cutting projects involving multiple stakeholders within an organisation ;
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
- Experience in developing, implementing or monitoring a Gender Equality Plan (GEP), an EDI strategy or an institutional equality policy ;
- Good knowledge of the functioning of a research institution, a university or a healthcare institution, as well as European research programmes (notably Horizon Europe) ;
- Experience in facilitating participatory workshops, consultation processes as well as in an environment structured by standards and quality processes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools ;
- Excellent writing, analytical and synthesis skills ;
- Very good organisational skills and autonomy in project management, with an ability to plan activities and meet deadlines ;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders of varied profiles ;
- Ability to translate strategic orientations into operational objectives and action plans adapted to the institutional context ;
- Initiative, rigour and a sense of responsibility.
