For our three-person team of the Physiotherapy secretariat at the locations Burgdorf and Langnau we are looking for a immediate or by arrangement a
Area of responsibility
- You work at the reception and in the back office of the physiotherapy secretariat and are the first point of contact for different stakeholders
- At both locations you independently manage the secretariat and support the therapy department by taking on various administrative tasks
- You are responsible for scheduling outpatient and inpatient patients
- Close cooperation and coordination with various departments for interdisciplinary planning, e.g. inpatient therapies as well as outpatient patients and groups
Profile
- Completed commercial training, training in healthcare or further training as a medical secretary
- Willingness to work at both locations in Burgdorf and Langnau
- Good IT skills
- Independent, reliable and resilient personality who remains calm even in hectic times
