Tasks
- Management of a department with 6 residential groups in the "Living with increased independence" segment in terms of personnel, professional and administrative matters
- Promotion of the professional and social competence of employees
- Budget and financial responsibility for the department
- Responsibility for the care, support and development of 19 people with disabilities
- Responsible for medical matters and the procurement of aids
- Contacts with internal and external agencies
Requirements
- Professional from the social-pedagogical or medical field, higher technical school level
- Preferably several years of leadership experience
- Experience with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Willingness to undertake further training
- Assertiveness, organisational skills and talent, flexibility and high resilience
- Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
- Appreciative interaction with all stakeholders
