• As a leader, you stay close to the action, support your team, and pitch in yourself when needed.

• Leadership is in your blood: You have experience in leading, coordinating, or developing employees.
• You remain calm under pressure, make decisions, and convey security and stability to your environment.
• With your positive and clear manner, you succeed in motivating and inspiring people and achieving success together.
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage – but more important to us is a resilient personality with a joy for responsibility.
• You use new systems and digital tools such as SAP, MES, or MS Office confidently and naturally.
