For our dynamic sales team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a

Clerk Sales Internal 80 – 100% with very good French skills

Your task

• Support and advice for our customers in Switzerland and abroad
• Complete order processing in ERP (from order to invoicing)
• Internal hub function from sales internal through production to logistics
• Calculation of offers and customer orders
• Efficient internal coordination of customer orders
• Updating and maintenance of master data as well as creation of price lists

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or completed technical basic training with further education in the commercial field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good French skills in spoken and written form
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs as well as experience in an

ERP system

• Energetic personality with sales flair and a high degree of initiative
• Service-oriented and strong communication skills
• Quick comprehension and flexibility
