What your daily routine looks like
- You work closely with the team leader and reliably take over leadership in their absence
- You organise and coordinate the varied nursing routine in a residential group for people with dementia – taking daily responsibility
- You actively plan, control and develop the nursing process and are supported by experienced nursing experts
- You conduct interprofessional ward rounds, round table discussions and coordination meetings, contributing your expertise
- You competently and enthusiastically support learners and students in their development
- You work closely with our RAI expert team and ensure high nursing quality
