To strengthen our Insurance Training team, which plays a central role in the competence development of our employees in the insurance business, and to further develop innovative and effective professional training solutions, we are looking for an Expert in Training Insurance Training. The workplace is located in Lausanne or Bern and requires regular presence at the other location.

The following exciting tasks await you:

• Analyse training needs in sales and customer service and develop suitable learning solutions together with the specialist departments
• Design and implement modern learning formats in person, digitally or as blended learning
• Continuously further develop existing training offers, especially basic training, VBV certifications and the professional training portfolio
• Coordinate cross-departmental working groups and lead training projects with internal and external partners
• Conduct professional training and support trainers, coaches and mentors
• Ensure quality, timeliness and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone)

This is what distinguishes you:

• German as mother tongue and French skills at least at level B2
• Federal professional certificate in the insurance sector or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry as well as sound technical expertise, ideally at professional certificate level
• Experience in the development and design of training and further education offers, especially in the area of e-learning and blended learning
• Sound knowledge of project management as well as moderation of working groups and support of change processes
• Good knowledge of sales and customer service processes as well as a strong customer orientation
• Ability to convey even demanding specialist topics in an understandable, practical and target group-oriented manner
