About the job
In the primary school community of Münchwilen, over 640 pupils are taught by more than 70 class and subject teachers in the two primary school centres Kastanienhof and Oberhofen and the secondary school centre Waldegg.To support our school social worker, we are looking for a school social worker 40% (annual working time) from 1 August 2019
Your profile
– Completed training in social work FH/Bachelor
– Additional CAS training in school social work is an advantage
– Experience in school social work or advisory social work
– Competences in the areas of counselling, project work, prevention, intervention
– You are communicative, resilient, flexible and used to working independently
Your tasks
– Counselling/support for children, young people, parents, teachers and school management
– Class interventions, prevention lessons
– Triage to other specialist agencies
We offer
– Cooperation with an experienced school social worker
– Employment according to the canton’s recommendation
– Annual working time, increased workload during the school term (approx. 50%) – compensation during the school holidays of the canton of Thurgau
