Specialist Accounting & Analysis 80-100% (a), Zurich
Your tasks:
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to CO and Swiss GAAP FER, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Reconciliation and plausibility checks of balance sheet accounts and subledgers including HR and payroll reconciliations
- Analysis and review of the prepared financial statements for plausibility
- Ensuring data quality for all companies within the group
- Support with tax matters and payroll reconciliations
- Participation in ICS controls as well as in process documentation in quality management
- Optimisation of defined processes and support in the further development of administrative procedures
- Participation in projects and integration of new companies
- Preparation of analyses and reports
Your profile:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training as a finance and accounting specialist
- Several years of accounting experience in a comparable role
- Excel and PowerPoint expert, very good knowledge of SAP ERP FI / module
- Sound knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and accounting standards Swiss GAAP FER
- Very good German skills, as well as English and/or French skills
- With your flexible and precise working style, you work independently on your tasks
- You have a quick grasp and score with your analytical thinking ability
