HR Specialist - Administration 60-100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive personnel administration from A to Z (contracts, certificates, agreements, accident/sickness/EO notifications)
• Support in payroll administration for our three companies
• Careful maintenance and updating of personnel master data
• Management of working time and absence processes
• Creation of precise and meaningful statistics and reports
• Support in the care of our employees
• Participation and organization of various HR programs and events such as introduction days, training, workshops, anniversaries, retirements, employee gifts as well as maintenance of internal platforms and work clothing

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in human resources
• Experience in a comparable position
• IT affinity, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German spoken and written, French is a plus
• Independent, reliable and precise
• Open, willing to learn and committed
• Enjoy responsibility and active participation
• Clear, direct and mobile in dealing with people
