Your important contribution in the Spitex office
- Leading the disposition team
- Managing a motivated team of currently 7 employees
- Promoting the employees
- Personnel planning
- You are responsible for the operational planning in the canton of Bern and ensure that our employees are optimally deployed
- Disposition and coordination
- Planning assignments considering the needs of customers and employees as well as legal requirements and business aspects
- Active communication and coordination with employees, customers, referrers, and other stakeholders
- Quality assurance
- Development and monitoring of processes in the planning center Bern
- Ensuring high quality standards of our services
- Onboarding new employees
- You ensure a smooth onboarding and integration of new team members so that they feel comfortable quickly and can take on their tasks independently.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Contact person for managers of the Spitex locations in Biel, Thun, and Bern
- Coordination and exchange to optimize collaboration
- Internal information flow
- Promoting a smooth exchange between location management, nursing management, employees, and customers
- Transparent communication within the team
Here’s how you enrich our team
- You have training as a businessman/businesswoman with further training as a dispatcher or a degree in business administration or a similar field
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage
- Ideally, you are familiar with the deployment planning software Perigon and have experience in the healthcare sector
- Good IT user skills
- Strong organizational talent: You enjoy working independently, efficiently, and have a quick grasp
- You have an analytical mindset and a high level of logical understanding
- You are team-oriented and used to making agreements within the team
- High customer and service orientation
