A 70% care assistant

6-month fixed-term contract

Your duties:

• Work under nurse delegation, taking into account the resident's resources to improve, maintain their health or support their end of life.
• Support the resident in daily living activities according to their needs, respecting their privacy and promoting their autonomy.
• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans.

Your profile:

• Red Cross certificate or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a nursing home essential
• Interest in supporting people with neurocognitive disorders
• Training in Humanitude, a plus
• Team spirit, communication skills, ability to work interdisciplinarily
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Fluent in French
