Main tasks in this role
- Main responsibility for the reliable planning and execution of installation projects
- Passionate leadership of a team
- Financial and scheduling responsibility for the assigned projects
- Customer advice and support
- Project controlling and ongoing process optimization
- Ensuring timely project handover to the customer
- Coordination with construction management as well as constructive collaboration with planners
- Creating and processing offers and supplements
- Creating partial and final invoices
- Acquisition of additional orders
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical planner EFZ
- (Planned) further training as an electrical project manager installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence or electrical installation and safety expert HFP
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and promoting employees
- Very good technical understanding as well as good MS Office skills
- High level of social competence, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Good analytical-conceptual skills as well as networked thinking and acting
- High customer and service orientation
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, resilient and flexible personality with a confident appearance and good manners
