• Planning of bogie and gearbox orders in collaboration with production
• Opening, managing, and closing orders in the system
• Creation and maintenance of the MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
• Supporting team leaders in the area of material call-off
• Overall responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality of your orders
• Active mediation and coordination between engineering, procurement, and production

• Technical basic training with business management further education at university of applied sciences level (e.g. industrial engineering or business administration)
• Sound knowledge and experience in project management
• Fluent German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Communicative, assertive team player personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
