About the job
Our rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach offers rehabilitation at the highest medical level. The range extends from neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiological to rheumatological rehabilitation. In our modern infrastructure, we combine medical excellence with individual care. The interdisciplinary team accompanies patients with a holistic approach on their way back to everyday life.
The small team of 7 people is the first point of contact 365 days a year for patients, relatives, visitors as well as employees.
In this position, you will work in 3 different shifts between 7:15 am and 7:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Your tasks
- Patient management: Responsible for the administrative admission and discharge of our inpatient patients
- Administration: Support general secretarial tasks such as processing emails and operating the telephone switchboard
- Information: Be the information and contact point for patients, visitors and employees
- Finance: Responsible for cash management including daily and monthly closings as well as the sale of various items and subscriptions
- Organisation: Support the further development and implementation of processes and structures in patient administration
Your profile
- Education:You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or commercial diploma)
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
- IT know-how:You have very good user knowledge of MS Office, planning systems are an advantage
- Numerical understanding: You have a strong affinity for numbers, work carefully and reliably with cash and money flows
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Personality:You are characterised by a strong service mindset, an independent working style as well as pronounced organisational and coordination talent and convince with teamwork, flexibility and reliability, resilience, empathy and warmth
