We are looking for an upbeat, committed and motivated individual as Nursing Department Manager 90% who takes responsibility and actively shapes the nursing organisation.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the smooth nursing operations in the assigned specialist areas
• Coordination and professional support of teams and those responsible
• Assumption of management tasks in close cooperation with the nursing management
• Implementation of professional concepts, strategies and quality standards in the supervised areas and teams
• Planning, organisation and moderation of meetings, projects and working groups
• Building, maintaining and expanding networks as well as representing the organisation externally

Your profile:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional with leadership experience
• Further training in management
• Several years of professional experience in nursing management; Spitex experience is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and efficient working style
• High technical affinity
• Team-oriented, flexible and solution-focused
