About the job
These are your tasks
- You treat outpatient and inpatient patients in surgery, in close collaboration with the specialist medical team
- You take on a versatile role in basic surgical care
- You are regularly part of the duty team in the emergency department
- You assist in the operating theatre and learn various procedures depending on your training level and interests
What you bring with you
- You have the Swiss Federal Diploma in Human Medicine (state examination) or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by MEBEKO
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment and dedication
- Your empathetic and open manner is an asset to our team and to our patients
And this is what we offer you
- During your training immediately after the state examination, you rotate within the Department of Surgery as part of a common trunk through the various clinics (general and visceral surgery, orthopaedics and trauma surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery and urology) as well as the emergency department
- A targeted and structured training programme is offered that corresponds to your level of training
- Support and guidance are provided if the desired specialist direction is still unclear
