As a store manager, you are responsible not only for sales and processes but above all for the experience of our customers and the development of your team. You ensure that visitors become customers and customers become fans.

Your tasks

Leadership & Store Management

• Operational and personnel management of the store
• Leadership, coaching and development of the team
• Resource planning and deployment control
• Conducting team meetings and ensuring smooth store operations
• Responsibility for sales, target achievement and profitability of the store
• Ensuring a positive, professional and motivating store culture

Customer Experience & Sales

• Responsibility for an excellent customer experience
• Supporting the team in consultations and sales talks
• Maximising conversion of visitors to customers and fans
• Handling escalation cases and demanding customer situations
• Active market and competitor observation

Operations & Further Development

• Ensuring and further developing processes and standards
• Collaboration with central functions and other stores
• Responsibility for store presentation, test bike fleet and clearance of discontinued models
• Co-organising local events and community activities
• KPI management and performance optimisation
