To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Manager Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

Your main tasks are

• Participation in demanding international transfer pricing projects (structuring, value chain analyses, functional and risk analyses, transfer pricing policy, valuation issues, etc.)
• Preparation and review of global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR) according to OECD guidelines
• Support during national and international tax audits as well as assistance with mutual agreement procedures (MAP) and advance pricing agreements (APA)

For this position you bring

• A completed degree (law, economics) or a comparable qualification. Further training as a federally certified tax expert is a great advantage
• At least 5 years of solid professional experience in transfer pricing, ideally in a Big Four consulting firm, a leading consultancy, or the tax department of a large corporation
• In-depth understanding of Swiss and international tax legislation as well as current OECD developments
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are mandatory; additional national languages (especially French) are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness, strong communication skills in dealing with demanding stakeholders, and enjoyment of teamwork
