In the Finance Department, you ensure that services are recorded completely, correctly and in compliance with regulations and that the systems for this function reliably. You work closely with medical departments, patient admission, billing and IT. You analyse anomalies, find solutions and contribute your expertise to the further development of performance management.

Your tasks
- You process and monitor performance files, analyse error logs and clarify anomalies in the performance recording process.
- You maintain and develop the performance documents in the performance recording system IBI-care and ensure correct parameterisation of the relevant systems.
- You conduct deviation analyses to ensure complete and correct performance recording.
- You maintain relevant master data such as tariff codes, tariff types and regulations and implement tariff and system changes correctly from a professional perspective.
- You advise and support the medical departments on questions regarding performance recording and tariff application and conduct training sessions if required.
- You participate in tariff revisions, system developments and other projects related to performance recording and ERP.
- You plan, conduct and document professional tests for system, tariff and process changes and accompany the introduction of new requirements.
- You maintain relevant documentation, regulations and internal manuals and ensure up-to-date information.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education with good knowledge of the medical environment or a medical education with commercial further training.
- You have sound knowledge of outpatient tariff systems and the associated requirements for performance recording. Knowledge of inpatient tariff systems is an advantage.
- Experience with IBI-care and knowledge in parameterisation of Navision are advantageous.
- You have very good IT user skills and understand the interrelationships between systems and processes.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues, think critically and work in a structured manner.
- You work independently, reliably and responsibly and implement tasks consistently.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience and enjoy working with various internal and external parties.
