Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing, CNC Milling Operator in Day Shift

Activities

Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
Programming CNC machining processes with Heidenhain controls
Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
Manufacturing individual parts as well as small and medium series according to drawings
Quality control of manufactured workpieces using common measuring instruments
Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and programs
Maintenance and care of machines and equipment

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in CNC milling
Very good knowledge in programming with Heidenhain
Experience with Mastercam
Confident reading of technical drawings
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Team player, flexible and resilient
