About the job

  • Leadership and further development of the Quality and Risk Management department
  • Planning, coordination and execution of surveys, audits and certifications (including sanaCERT Suisse)
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Integration of internal and external feedback management
  • Management of quality projects and general projects within the framework of strategy implementation
  • Ensuring effective governance, risk and compliance management (GRC) including risk assessment, measures control and reporting to hospital management
  • Responsibility for referrer management
  • Advising and supporting hospital management as well as employees as data protection officer
  • Leading commissions and managing a small team

    • From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Head of Quality and Risk Management.

    Your profile

    • Completed studies in health management, quality management or comparable education
    • Several years of professional experience in quality and risk management, ideally in healthcare
    • Sound knowledge of data protection law
    • Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
    • Communicative, persuasive personality with negotiation skills
