For the home treatment department of our clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as

• You support and promote the social and emotional skills as well as abilities of the patients (aged ≤18 years) in an outpatient outreach setting
• You assist the patients in structuring their day and take over the psychiatric-social pedagogical care in cooperation with the case-leading therapists of the interdisciplinary team from the medical, psychological and nursing fields
• In crisis situations, you act competently and provide security to the children, adolescents and their family caregivers
• You share responsibility for implementing the treatment planning

• You have a tertiary education degree in social pedagogy HF/FH as well as professional experience in the child and adolescent psychiatric field
• Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in outreach work
• You are interested in a future-oriented treatment offer, are professionally and personally open-minded, approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude, enjoy networked teamwork and value self-reflection
• You are resilient, have good work organisation, a sensitivity for the families entrusted to you and are willing to intervene in the early evening hours if necessary
• You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to actively visit families in the canton of Aargau with a company vehicle
• You speak and write fluent German and have very good communication skills. You are confident in using common Office applications
