SMT Programming & Line Responsibility Late Shift

Your main tasks include

• Creating and optimising programmes for the SMT lines: handling, Fuji paste printer, 3D-SPI Koh Young, Yamaha/i-PULSE placer and SMT Wertheim reflow oven
• Technical contact person for the late shift: you support operators with malfunctions, process and quality issues
• Operating the placement line as an operator, including setup and process monitoring
• Operating the 3D-AOI from Koh Young and evaluating detected errors
• Taking over and handing over the line to the early shift, including setup status, programme changes and open quality issues
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment

You bring with you

• Experience in SMT programming, ideally on Fuji paste printers, Koh Young 3D-SPI or Yamaha/i-PULSE placers
• Solid process knowledge in printing, placement and reflow soldering
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and calmness during malfunctions
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Willingness for a fixed late shift from Monday to Friday
• Flawless German in spoken and written form
