Job Description
Your Mission
Wüest Dimensions is our successful SaaS platform for data-driven decisions and management in the real estate sector. We continuously develop the existing platform and simultaneously design its next generation.
As Lead Product Experience, you are responsible for the further development of our experience practice throughout the entire process. You work closely with our UI designer and help translate complex real estate processes into intuitive, consistent, and trustworthy product experiences. You collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, software architects, engineers, account managers, and customers – from identifying and analysing problems and user research to developing prototypes and implementing continuous improvements.
Your Tasks
- You conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and product discovery processes to validate product concepts and hypotheses early with customers and users.
- You develop holistic user journeys, workflows, information architectures, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces while improving key UX pain points within the existing Wüest Dimensions platform.
- You shape the user experience of new developments, including AI-native workflows, automation, and the integration of human control and decision-making.
- You create a scalable design system as well as consistent UX standards and product design practices across the entire platform and various teams.
- You work closely with product and engineering throughout the entire discovery and implementation phases.
- You define and measure UX success metrics and use research, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements purposefully.
- You strengthen user-centred design practices and further develop product design maturity across the entire organisation.
Qualifications
- Completed studies or comparable training in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, product design, digital design, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in user experience, UX/UI design, or a comparable role, ideally in the context of B2B SaaS, enterprise software, complex digital platforms, or AI-native systems
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating holistic product design throughout the entire development process, combined with solid experience in mixed-methods research (e.g. interviews, contextual inquiry), interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, as well as the development of design systems and reusable UX patterns
- Experience in building and scaling product design practices, including research operations, reusable methods, and UX metrics, as well as excellent knowledge of modern prototyping and collaboration tools such as Claude Design, Figma, and the Confluence/Jira suite
- Ability to simplify complex professional workflows without compromising accuracy, transparency, or professional functionality, ideally with experience in real estate, financial services, analytics, or other data-intensive industries
- Experience in close collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams, as well as strong skills in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Experience and motivation in dealing with AI-supported products, automation, transparency, and human-AI collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as fluent German and English language skills
