Your tasks
- Assisting with the ongoing administrative tasks of the department (mail handling, organising meetings and events, preparing minutes, drafting documents)
- Supporting the management of FRSA projects
- Independently carrying out certain specific projects as required
Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree (HEG or UNI) or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Good written communication skills
- Initiative, analytical thinking and the ability to understand contexts
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Organisational skills and adaptability
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
- Clean extracts from debt enforcement and criminal records
- Fluency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
