Polymechanic with CNC Turning and Milling Centres
Activities
- Independent setup, programming and operation of modern CNC turning and milling machines
- Manufacture of single parts as well as small and medium series based on technical drawings
- Carrying out quality checks of the manufactured workpieces using current measuring instruments
- Optimisation of manufacturing processes to increase quality and efficiency
- Collaboration in work preparation and support with administrative office tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
- Experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
- Independent, precise and reliable working method
- Enjoyment of varied activities both in the workshop and in the office
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and MS Office is an advantage
