About the job

• Order processing, picking and delivery of medicine orders for our internal and external customers
• Assortment maintenance, logistical support as well as placing orders for the ward pharmacies of the supported care wards
• Preparation of medicines for patients on selected wards
• Answering logistical and pharmaceutical questions from the wards
• Maintenance and control of the goods warehouse (inventory, expiry dates, etc.) as well as handling goods receipt
• Support of pharmacists in the preparation of dispensaries for the supported care wards as well as during ward inspections of the USB wards and external hospitals
• Taking on special tasks or projects in the area of ward support

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant
• Professional experience in a hospital pharmacy or in a public pharmacy with intensified care of patients, care of a nursing home (preparing medication dosettes, etc.)
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, efficient, precise, careful and flexible working style with confident action in a dynamic environment
