Do you have a flair for numbers, contracts and complex contexts? In this versatile role, you are responsible for the correct, comprehensible and timely billing of our services. As the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you ensure high data and billing quality and support the further development of billing models. 

What to expect

• You ensure the correct and timely billing of our recurring services.
• You coordinate and process contract, object and service changes and ensure high data quality.
• You create meaningful reports and key figures for internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyse cost and revenue developments and support budget and forecast processes.
• You further develop billing models and contribute to the calculation of new services.
• You drive the continuous improvement and standardisation of billing processes.
• You are the professional contact person for questions regarding subscription billing.
• You support the further development of our CRM solutions and digital processes.
• You conduct training sessions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer within the organisation.

What you bring

• You have a commercial or business administration basic education.
• You bring professional experience in billing, contract management, controlling or facility management.
• You understand business contexts and think process-oriented.
• You are passionate about numbers and analyse complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You work precisely, reliably and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
• You communicate confidently in German and address your audience appropriately.
• You use Excel and MS Office securely and efficiently in everyday work.
• You convince through initiative, responsibility and a high quality standard.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and see yourself as a team player.
