About the job

• Lead the team consisting of planning engineers both personnel-wise, technically and organisationally.
• Take overall responsibility for project budgets, resources as well as schedule and quality objectives.
• Ensure comprehensive project communication (IWB, suppliers, authorities, customers, etc.).
• Independently manage complex large-scale plant projects in the field of heat production.
• Develop cross-departmental innovative solutions for energy production.

• Several years of professional experience in project execution in plant engineering, ideally in energy supply, waste utilisation or chemical industry.
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar, supplemented by further training in project management (IPMA Level C).
• You are a team player and leadership is close to your heart – you know how to support, accompany and achieve ambitious goals together with your team.
• With your sense for priorities, resources and dependencies, you steer projects safely through all phases.
• You think in a networked way and manage to reconcile technical, economic and organisational requirements.
