Your workplace:

Depending on your profile, our location in Glattbrugg or Bern is suitable as a workplace. Your main tasks:
Advising our customers by phone on the use of laboratory devices regarding pre-analytics, operation

of the devices and quality controls (German and French)

Problem solving in the area of practice laboratory by phone (German and French)
Control and calibration of laboratory devices (Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, and Immunology)
Administrative tasks, document management Your profile:
Independent personality with completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant,

biomedical analyst (laboratory technician) or veterinary practice assistant

Enjoyment in contact with our customers
Several years of experience in the practice laboratory
Good oral German and French skills
Good user knowledge in MS Office What we offer you:
