To strengthen the service team, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician for Machine Tools with a focus on OKUMA. You will independently carry out repairs, maintenance and commissioning at customers throughout Switzerland and can rely on the support of experienced colleagues.

Your Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machine tools at the customer’s site
• Independent execution of repairs, maintenance and servicing work
• Systematic fault diagnosis and reliable troubleshooting
• Training and instruction of customers in the operation and maintenance of their machines
• Technical support and advice to customers on site and by telephone
• Close cooperation with technical support and the spare parts service.

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Experience as a service technician, ideally in the machine tool sector
• Very good mechanical knowledge and good electrical understanding for fault diagnosis
• Knowledge of CNC controls
• Independent, careful working style and the necessary patience to find even complex faults
• Very good German or French skills, English skills are an advantage
