• You support various property management teams during personnel and professional shortages in a department in Zurich
• You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals/tenant changes
• You maintain direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
• You ensure property maintenance in accordance with the management contract
• You conduct periodic property inspections and prepare condition assessments with corresponding reports
• You carry out rental contract and rent adjustments as well as indexed rent adjustments
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on rent setting

• You hold a federal diploma as a property manager or have an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have specialised knowledge in tenancy law as well as construction knowledge
• Your mother tongue is German and you have very good correspondence skills
• You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support change
• You have an independent and reliable working style and bring flexibility
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
