About the job
You don’t just want to accompany projects, but actively implement them? In this role, you coordinate exciting energy and service projects with our customers throughout Switzerland. You connect technology, organisation and customer contact – and ensure that energy systems operate reliably.
- Create offers and calculations for transformers as well as service tasks
- Independently coordinate and accompany projects from planning to billing
- Organise and prepare service and maintenance work at our customers
- Plan deployments, appointments and resources efficiently
- Maintain and develop customer and supplier relationships
- Reliably take on administrative tasks in the project environment
- Act as the central interface between customers, technicians and suppliers
- Technical basic training, ideally in the electrical engineering field
- Commercial understanding and organisational skills
- Experience in project management or in the technical service environment is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact and varied projects
- Team player with initiative and sense of responsibility
- Confident use of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
- 40-hour working week
